Permanent Galleries

  • AIR FORCE ONE PAVILION
Visitors from all over the world will be able to board the plane President Reagan flew in, touch a piece of the Berlin Wall he sent crashing down, relive part of the history, and look into the limitless future he dared to dream for us and for our world. When the Air Force One Pavilion opens in mid-2005, permanent galleries will focus on the Cold War, the history of presidential travel, and the back story of the crew of Air Force One. In addition to Air Force One, artifacts include President Johnson’s Marine One, a presidential motorcade made up of President Reagan’s 1982 presidential parade limousine and the Irish pub President Reagan visited in 1984.
